Rhyme of the Week

She was,
the most beautiful
woman on the planet.
But still I,
took her for granted…
Guess I,
didn’t know
how to handle it.
She was in love
but I was high,
no cannibus…
That’s what it feels like.
A couple years past,
then it’s back to real life.
I hurt her heart,
but hope I didn’t damage it.
I made it bleed,
she need bandages…
I cut her deep in a major way.
I know it’s hard,
& I hope her scars fade away.
She use to say
I made her day,
when I made her smile.
It’s gonna take a while,
to get use to
all those rainy days…
You try to make it work,
but it never does.
If it don’t fit,
find a better glove.
When choosing who you wit,
be a better judge.
Maybe I was just tripping,
When I fell in love…
